Managing employee performance is much more than the ritual once-a-year “appraisal”. The appraisal is an annual assessment that creates a historical record of employee output. It does not tell you much about the employee’s future.
Managing employee performance is a “contact sport” It involves appreciating the individual, investigating talents, challenging employees to be more productive, and harnessing the human resource capital each employee can contribute to the business.
Our program looks at how performance managers and supervisors can apply the annual performance cycle techniques to motivate and facilitate high performance and productivity throughout the year. Beginning with evaluation and target setting the program equips both managers and employees to realize their full potential in the work environment.
