In the year 2009, the group has decided to expand its operations to agricultural commodity processing & packaging in chosen areas of business. As a result, we decided to start manufacturing Laundry and Toilet Soaps from local palm oil and fats, and to lead the mass market, especially in the North of Nigeria.
In the year 2014, the group has decided to consolidate the business activities of different companies, namely African Agro Commodities Ltd., Shamantaka Industries Ltd. under one umbrella with the new corporate identity as Lionseal Industries Ltd., to achieve better focus, operational synergy and economy of scale.
Presently, we are emerging as a market leader in whole Agricultural Value Chain in Nigeria.
We are in the business of Input supply and distribution, extension farming activities, manufacturing & processing of agricultural commodities and with exports in view, through our 14 branches and over 500 channel partners across the nation.
