Our services are offered either as training, coaching, consulting sessions and short-term research and analysis for a defined rate per session or defined projects on a fee-basis. Our target clients include individuals and organisations. QTC appreciates that the world is faced with many challenges occasioned by continuous economic, political, social and cultural changes. Even though change is continuous and inevitable, it is not always expected and as a result of unexpected changes, people and businesses are continually faced with the challenge of responding to these changes whilst remaining profitable, competitive and successful. For individuals it becomes even more difficult to adjust to some of these changes because in some cases there is no one available to walk them through the process. Some of these changes include transition from childhood to teen age; from teen age to adulthood; from high school to college; from active employment to non-employment; from employment to retirement; from day scholar to being a boarder; from college life to employment; from poverty to wealth; from being single to being married; from marriage to being single; from being a girl/boy to being a mother/father among others.
