FOXTROT International
FOXTROT International LDC (FOXTROT) is an offshore petroleum company, operator of the Joint Venture exploiting the CI-27 Block in Côte d’Ivoire. FOXTROT holds a 24% participating interest in the block, alongside Société Nationale d’Opérations Pétrolières de Côte d’Ivoire - PETROCI SA (40%), SECI SA (24%), and Energie de Côte d’Ivoire - ENERCI (12%).
It is currently the major producer of natural gas in Côte d’Ivoire and it has held this top ranking for over twenty years thanks primarily to the Foxtrot and Mahi fields, both of which are considered the most important gas fields in Côte d’Ivoire, and the recently discovered Marlin field. Foxtrot has proven a reliable partner for Côte d’Ivoire through ensuring a steady supply of natural gas to the domestic electricity Sector as fuel for the generation of electricity by the power plants of Azito, CIPREL, CIE and Aggreko, while also servicing the local requirements of gas of PETROCI and SIR.
