COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking Time: 10 - 15 Minutes | 500grams serves a total of 6 People.
NutriDense – Cooking Instructions for a packet of 500 grams.Step 1: Pour 500g of NutriDense into a bowl. Add 4 cups or 1litre of water. Soak for up to 5 minutes. Step 2: In a different pot, boil 4 cups of water then add the soaked portion to the boiling water. Step 3: Cover the pot with a lid and let it cook at low heat FOR 10 – 15 mins. (or until the rice is tender). MAKE SURE YOU Stir occasionally to allow even cooking. Incase you do not prefer the plain version, for Further flavoring, you can sauté/fry onions, tomatoes, capsicum, carrots, coconut milk, or other preferred seasonings.
