Super soft and smooth silicone GB-SO753 is multi-component amino modified polysiloxane. It is suitable for the softening, smoothing and fluffing finishing of natural fiber, synthetic fiber and their blended fabric. It’s especially for the fabric that have high requirement of hand feel and impart soft, smooth, fluffy and full hand feel to fabric.

Properties

☆ Good stability; Can be softened on the setting machine, give different hand feel to fabric
☆ Impart good soft, fluffy and smooth hand feel to denim fabric
☆ Low yellowing, has no influence on the shade of color

☆ Suitable for the finishing of cotton, linen, chemical fiber and their blended fabric, especially for velvet fabric. Has the effect of outstanding softness, fluffiness, smoothness, fullness and resilience
Application (Recommended usage: 1:3)
☆ Padding: Dosage: 10~30g/L Temperature: room temperature
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping：Dosage：2.0～5.0% (o.w.f) Temperature: 30~40℃
Liquor ratio：1:10～15 Time：30mins
☆ Notice：
GB-SO753 is high concentrated silicone. The transparency will be subject to changes in external temperature, but will not affect the effect.
