Hydrophilic Ester quaternary Softener GB-9222 has a lower odor, better hand feel (fluffy&soft) and hydrophilic performance than common cationic softener. And it can be used for cotton knitted/woven fabrics (such as towels, jeans, etc.) and yarns.
GB-9222 has the following features such as AEEA-free, environmentally friendly, lower odor, high flash point, ultra-high solid content, silicon-free, good freeze resistance, good hydrophilicity anti-static and low yellowing performance.

Application
Recommended usage: 1:9
☆ Padding: Dosage: 10~80 g/L
Dipping: Dosage: 1~8% (o.w.f)
☆ Can be used with various silicone oils to achieve different requirements.
Dissolving Method
Add the product (5-15%) in water(20-30℃)(85-95%)gradually, stir the mixture
(about 30-60mins) until well dissolved in uniform paste and ready to use.
Storage and Packing
Shelf life: 6 months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
